(Korean dishes) Jajang-Bap

I cooked Jajang-Bap this morning.
Jajang-myeon is more popular food in Korea.
Jajang-myeon means Jajang sauce with the noodles.
Jajang-bap is Jajang sauce with the rice(bap)


I bought the Jajang powder at the market.
It is 100gram product. 
It is for serving 4 people.

There is a recipe of Jajang sauce on the back of the product.
I am sorry the photo is reverse.

I used 2 onions.

This is ground pork.

 I peeled a purple color onion.

I chopped the onions.

It is a carrot.

I chopped the carrot.

It is a broccoli.

I chopped the brocolli.

It is saesongi mushrooms.

I chopped saesongi mushrooms.

Oil the frying fan.

Put the chopped vegetables into the fan.
Put the half spoon of ground garlic.

Put the half spoon of ground garlic.

Put the ground pork.
 Stir-fry the vegetables and the porks.

This is a video of me stir-frying and boiled Jajang sauce.

Prepare 700ml water.

Put water to the fan.

I put more water.

There are proper amount of water.

Boil it till the ingredients are well done.

After the ingredients are well done,
put the Jajang powder and stir it.

Prepare the rice.

Put the Jajang sauce on the rice.
It really tastes good.^^

Jajang bap and the sesame salad.
I will post the sesame salad next.

The extra Jajang sauce will be stored in the freezer.
Put Jajang sauce in the plastic bag and freeze it.
If you tired to cook meal,
 just take out the frozen Jajang sauce,
melt and heat it,
and eat it with rice.
